I don't know what people are on about when they say that Riven is super weak. Do they mean compared to when she was more broken than Poppy being able to push Baron? Because if so, Riven is still strong, just got my ass kicked by one recently.

Level 3, serrated dirk, electrocute with stuff from domination, and she 100 to 0'd our Kayle.

Honestly, I don't know how much of it is people bandwaggoning someone else's opinion, but please experiment with a champ before you declare as "True Facts" that x champ is worthless now

You played against a lethality burst riven, which is her only real strong build atm. The that is weak is her BRUISER build, which is what's getting buffed.
