Does Frozen Mallet proc Stoneborn Pact mastery?
Wondering if 
empowered autoattacks proc the mastery so that I can try it out when playing 
support.

It does, but literally any other character would make a better stoneborn pact off support
All have active slows or even hard CC, and more survivability to use that CC.

Ashe support with stoneborn does the same thing but this time you can buy ardent censer instead as first item and no frozen mallet needed. Ardent censer and stoneborn work together.
Stoneborn pact can be proccd by any slow, all slows can proc it. from items kits and buffs, you name it it works they all do. its just fantastic.
