How to carry from top lane once you've won lane, and your team is feeding?

I'm winning lane most of the time in top lane but it still seems irrelevant when my team feeds. I've tried splitting with champs such as trynd or darius but when I die 3v1 or 2v1 and no one translates that into objectives it seems pointless. Team fights are generally lost if the enemy team is fed, because if they're fed then they're REALLY fed and I can't trust the team.

Doubtless I'm making mistakes as I am unranked so any tips for carrying?

when playing champs like jax, u want to crush your laner and get fed enough to win 1v2/1v3 and just win from splitting at that point.

when playing champs that arent really good at splitting u want to try and roam and kill the other laners.

its pretty pointless to teamfight when all lanes lost, when your team and their team groups to teamfight, its best to ignore your team completely and just splitpush, as you will get crushed in teamfights anyway

Does "winning lane" include taking out the top-lane inhibitor?

My guess is that it only includes the two lane turrets, after which leaving lane removes the pressure preventing the enemy team from grouping for team fights.

TP Ganks. Don't use your teleport to get back to lane unless you are going to miss a litteral fuck ton of farm. When your botlane gets ganked, or the enemie botlane wants to 2v2 your botlane and it looks like they are winning, you teleport botlane and win the fight. Help your botlane take bot tower, help your jungler take dragon or something while down there anyway. If you are winning your lane, ward up, start proxy farming or take the enemie tier 2 tower. If you know people are coming for you, back off. Make sure 2 or 3 members of the enemie team have to come top to stop you from splitting.

Your not doing your job if all you do is win lane and don't use it to your team advantage

Make good decisions like tp plays bot

Roam mid flash and secure a kill

Roam with jungler is also a good idea

When you win lane u wanna also deny their top lane lane control and cs

This way it will make the game into a 5v4

If the rest of yout team is feeding? You simply don't. It's a 5vs5 game, if 80% of your teem do poorly, thus 80% of the opposing team do well, you shouldn't win. Yes, it sucks for you, but how would it be fair for the oppsing team if you win the game and not the overall better team?

Some things that help especially if you get fed early: Use TP to help bot, or roam bot/mid and use tp to get back top in time. This can help you to get other lanes fed rather than haveing them feeding. roaming and saveing tp is generally saver as you don't require a proper ward to port to and your not in to deep if your allies don't follow up on it. Another thing that helps is invadeing the opposing jungle and set up deep vision and eventually take a buff camp or kill the opposing jungler to set him behind. You just have to know your limits, as it's somewhat likely that the opposing mid and/or top react then you fight their jungler on their side of the map.
