League froze in queue

Hello, today I was in NA League queue at aprx. 7:15 EST, and the queue screen froze while I tried to pick another champion. The chat was still intact and the other players got it as well. Even though people left the screen still stayed frozen. After I left I faced queue dodge penalties :/
