What is the general consensus on time warp tonic ?
Do you use this rune ? Is it good, bad, average or situational ?

I use it on champions I take klepto and mana biscuits. I think it’s pretty worth. The increased sustain, movement speed, and stat potion buffs can tip a fight in your favor.
the movespeed is pretty negligible, but the increased potion time is nice with biscuits. Once in a while ill grab a refillable+ring of 25% better potions with Timewarp tonic+biscuits.
Pretty much exclusively vs annoying top lane things like Teemo and Pantheon tho
