To normal tryharders

Go ranked.

On ranked there is one single objective. WIN. If that is what you play for, then go ranked. On normal winning can be a secondary objective. Such as trying out a new build, role, champion, playing with premade who has big rank difference, teaching a newbie, being a newbie, or just having not 100% stable net/computer.

This goes reverse too. DO NOT go ranked for trying out stuff. On ranked pick one of your main, stick with your tried, and working tactic, and give 100%. No early surrender, because you died twice, no experimenting with stuff, no first try champion, and don't go, if your computer or net is known to be unstable.

EDIT: There is no real problem about giving 100%, but understand, that some people don't. So stop flaming, and ask for report just, because someone is not good enough, and ignore ranks, because even challengers can't play all the 145 champion as pro.

I really only play normals, so I usually do end up "tryharding" sometimes, however, I also am always trying out new champions and or builds almost every game, so it sorta balances out, but anyway, I can understand tryharding in norms, even if it sucks for the enemy.
