Champion hacks and exploits

Ok so I have really only noticed this during s3. Prior it seemed people just weren't bad enough to have to use cheats/hacks to win games. My biggest noticable issues have been with blitzcrank and with drop hacking(?) I believe is what it's called. Luckily it's still fairly rare but it is becoming more and more common.

The blitz issue is obvious. I was standing behind a line of 3 minions (not a wall, a line) and blitz's Q went through all three and grabbed me. I thought it was just a fluke. It happened about 4 or 5 more times during the game. Standing behind walls of minions, champions, etc. He was able to grip me blowing my flash each time. I said in all chat after about the 4th time "Oh, you're script hacking. You should stop that." the player replied with "=)".

Next the drop hacking issue. This was before our most recent destructive patch so that wasn't the issue. Perfectly fine, lag free day (weird for the east coast) and I was destroying my opponent top lane. Suddenly, every time I appeared in lane, I would disconnect completely, I dcd about 10+ times that game. Didn;'t happen after or before. I looked at the guys match history and all wins will sub-par CS/KDAs.

I have also noticed strange situations where I would go to stun someone and they were mysteriously immune to it. No "immune to movement impairment" came up, but they simply ignored the stun completely. I strongly feel people who do stuff like this need to have their accounts permanently banned. This is exploiting and ruining the game for the general population.

I'd love to hear about some stuff like this that you guys have experienced? I heard about an issue with ashe but have yet to hear what it actually is.
