i just love when he ults me and my team and kills us with his abilites before we can even hit the ground and hes only allowed to do this shit because he an old champ if riot released a tank that could do that if someone built him full ap these days there would be an uproar. what in the actual fuck am i supposed to do against a point and click ult that i cant even humanly react to and even if i survive the initial hit im fuckin blown up by his other abilites before i even land from his knock up. what the fuck riot games. i was the only super fed person on my team and all malphite had to do was wait until i had the audacity to group with my team then just ults me and deletes me from the game every single time giving me 0 reaction time to do shit.

maybe ill just spam full ap malphite jg and auto win the game like he just did.

If it were a blink, then it would require inhuman reaction. But as it is, you have the cast time to Zhonya. Especially as, I assume based on your name, Akali.

And your point that, "if Riot released a tank that could do that..." doesn't apply. He isn't a tank if he builds full AP, unlike the reverse where several assassins could still manage to kill reliably despite building tank.

Tbh MR would just take u away form your build and your end up more useless than the AP malph who would still prob blow you up.

From experience though, tty he biggest annoyance for AP malph is one of those items! Banshees Veil is frustrating for AP Malphite since 2/3 the dmg is from R and 1/3 from E (not including runes of course.

Well most tank items suck. Especially now.

For MR

Abyyssal ls expensive Adaptive is very situational Chalice can be for some supports i guess, but harder to fit into an AD threat bot (usually) Banshees is obnoxious against one shot champs like malphite, but that's building almost exclusively againt thst and costs a bit of gold. (Similar to QSS vs malz) Stoneplate meta is gone and is only cost effective if you get stopwatch rune. Hexdrinker is ok Spirit is ok if you have a lot of heals in your kit

So overall its just hard, especially on this meta.

People are playing ap malph because building defense in this game might as well be trolling. You explode no matter what so might as well do some damage.
