So what has happened to basic human decency? No one has respect anymore.

I do ARAM sometimes to warm up, and when I do I typically buy my team a skin boost for the fun of it and a little bit extra IP. It is nice to hear it is appreciated with a simple "thanks!" However, most kids in this community just sit there, enjoy their present like they are entitled to it, and never even say ty. Where is the respect in kids these days? Why does this generation feel like it is entitled to everything?

I know Obama has taught them that if you want something, you beg for it or act really offended and hope someone feels sorry for you.. but this is ridiculous.

This post almost had me until it devolved into derogatory conservative BS. You all need to take your politics and backwards beliefs elsewhere.

Its the fact that we read internet text all day. No one can hear tone of voice.

Edit: Why are you entitled to a thank you. Maybe they didnt like the skin.

This world has a lack of respect because kids don't get a good ass whooping anymore. Most of the disrespectful kids online, even adults just say shit they would never say in real life to someones face because their afraid too and the internet makes them tough. lmfao.. Coward will always be a coward.

Well, Obama DID what he promised. HOPE and CHANGE. He gave HOPE to people who are on welfare by making them feel entitled. And the CHANGE he promised was delivered. The only thing is, the CHANGE was for the worst. Everything that the civil rights movement fought for has been for naught under Obama.

To some extent i can understand if someone leaves while they wait in champ select all ready. But i would assume once they get into game they say their thanks. I know i always thank people, and when i do the boost im sure at least one person says thanks. Could just have been playing with assholes?

It's ARAM, you accept the AFK notice, select your runes/masteries/spells, then AFK. I've seen many people not even select the skin because they were AFK.

If you play any ARAM at all you should be able to recognize the pattern and understand why you get games without a thanks.

I have never, ever needed a skin boost in ARAM as I'm using custom skins and can therefore play, for example, with rare skins such as Hextech Annie that I choose myself. So, skin boosts? Feel free to burn your money, but I don't consider myself a part of the attraction.

I don't think it's entitlement at all; it's not like they asked for or expected a skin boost. A lot of people go afk until the game loads.

Are you expecting a thank-you from every single person when you buy a skin boost? Is that not entitled behavior?
