Where is riot going?

I left to play Starcraft 2, a game I actually think I can improve without a friend boosting me (since its 1v1 most of the time).

I COME BACK AND THIS SHT IS STILL GOING ON. People have complained since preseason of this dynamic BS, but Riot wont react. People complain about damage, but intelligent solutions dont seem to be shown in the eyes of the community. People ask for things and they are not given. So I ask, where is RIOT GOING. WHERE?! I LITERALLY CANT SEE VERY WELL WHERE IT IS GOING. Not like its walking an uncharted path, this has happened before (Ive been told in another thread) but, humanity just falls over the same rock over and over and over again.

I reiterate for 30th time, where are you going riot?

EDIT: Dynamic*
