Please buff adcs....

instead of nerfing lucian, buff other adcs.... why do you wanna go through the same thing again and again. I serly think it's gonna be much better if you buff adcs that have not been played a lot. Such as urgot, jinx, twitch vayne, whatever. Just buff them, I dont wanna go through the whole nerf chain and see much less impact adcs possess in ranked games. As now, its painful enough for those adcs mains to climb.... Riot why!!!!!! btw,ROLLBACKGRAVESANDKOGMAW
