No way Champ Select is random...

Probably my last 30 games it feels like I get 1st pick 95% of the time, 2nd pick probably 90% of the time. This is getting to a point where it's laughable, what is the algorithm that determines pick order? I never ever get to counter pick anybody, it gets boring.
