What if Galios E was changed to be a short range dash, maybe 300 or 400 range that dealt its current damage to all enemies contacted during the dash and left the speed boost thing behind your dash for its current duration. It would give galio a way to actually intiate without flash and also give him an actual escape to compensate for being melee.
If you played doom the game mode not to long ago. Gailo was one the op doom bots. If you played with Gailo you saw he had a taunt circle that pop then did damage. I think Gailo would be a lot better. If every 3rd Q he hits on a CHAMPION or jungle camps the next Q will do the taunt thing. This upgrade will make Gailo a better support or and Jungler.

This isn't a bad call. It would give players a lot more incentive to play him as a tank, and distinguish that particular skill from being just another form of Nocturne's speed trail skill.
That's pretty interesting, I like it.
And it does make more sense from a logistical standpoint. Dash forward and create a small vacuum behind him that pulls his allies along. Maybe it could be used in a similar way on an enemy? Help pull them out of a teamfight or if you're doing sup a good peel?
I like this. It would let him actually be able to initiate without flash, still have the speed buff, and make him a better tank.
