Bot Lane Changes
Just a list of champions in bot lane I feel like could use some buffs, or nerfs. I won't be going into any major detail.
Her auto attack range, combined with the push back on her E, and her traps which she can place directly beneath you, makes her incredibly to safe, and nearly impossible to so much as touch in lane if you don't have a Thresh or Blitzcrank. She has so much safety and decent enough damage with her passive and when it's proc'd on her traps, that her only real drawback is that she "doesn't have proper engage." This is hardly a weakness when all she has to do catch up to you is W in the opposite direction then place a trap in front of your path.
It's really just his damage. The fact that he can half health you at level 3 with only a single auto attack is quite ridiculous. He's the walking definition of snowball, all it takes is 1 or 2 kills then he completely wrecks lane with the enemy being unable to do anything to stop him. More so, he doesn't even have any clear weaknesses, aside from being "kinda" squishy. That doesn't really matter considering every Draven I see builds life steal as their first item. The only ADCs that come close to countering him are the ones with longer range than him, but even then he can easily close the gap with E+W combo.
The problem is that his damage, while itself isn't to much, is overly oppressing. The hitbox on his Q is huge and way to easy to land, and unless you have a Janna or any other enchanter, there's nothing you can do to avoid it and you might as well stop and wait for it to go off. With the added addition of his E, it's basically guaranteed that he will always land both Qs on you, and get an all to easy stun. I'm a support main, and when I ask my Platinum friend what support I should play, he always recommends Zilean, with his exact words being "He's broken but just enough that Riot will probably never touch him."
I have quite literally never seen a Sivir win lane, with an exception for when the jungler camps lane. I don't know what it is about her but in every season and meta, she's almost always one of the worst ADCs you can pick. It's not that she's outright bad, but she's not good either. Sivir is just stuck in this awful limbo and it doesn't help that she doesn't have defined playstyle or role. For example, Vayne fills the role of being a highly mobile ADC with good engage and damage but lacking in range, Ashe on the otherhand fills the role of being a long distanced marksman with decent damage and CC but lacking in mobility. Sivir is just in this horrible middle ground.
A lot of other Soraka players can agree with me when I say she's kinda garbage right now. Shes somewhat in the same situation Sivir is in, where's she's not outright bad, but not good either. I don't know what it is about Soraka, but she's just not good.
