Ok so you all know this probably, and im just wondering if someone can either clear this up, or explain why Cho'gath works this way.

"Riot,

There have been many times when I have used Cho'gath's rupture, watched the player model stand on the edge of the ring (with some part of the model inside of the ring and sometimes even when the entire character is inside the ring) and no damage or knock-up occur to these characters. The ring does not represent the actual hit area of his rupture. This is a serious problem as it can make or break a solid initiation and I would like to see this fixed.

Either shrink the ring to represent the actual hit radius or increase the hit radius to match the ring. Either this or there is a problem with the hit detection.

Thank you"

Why has this not been addressed? Wth am i missing lol

I actually see a lot of people complain about this but it has never once happened to me. Weird

I heard something about edge-to-edge and center-to-center range thing in a thread unrelated to this specific issue (it was about AA range and targetted abilities, I think) I can't be sure, but maybe it's because Rupture is supposed to hit the center, not the edge.
