Kalista
So when will Riot do anything about Kalista? It's so obvious she is just a useless champion. They barely buffed her W this patch but that's not going to be enough. At least it's a start, or is this the only buff for the next 6 months?

Kalista is left to sit on the proverbial shelf of "champions that are hard to balance so we ignore them."
If she's buffed enough she becomes unrelenting in games. If not shes worthless.
Riot cant seem to hit the sweet spot so it'll be a while if at all before they fix her.
Let's hope they do fix her.

Yes, she needs help
Kalista is actually viable with Conqueror right now. Really not a bad champion at all with the right set up. You often need a support on comms or at least on something tanky, otherwise it's quite awkward
imo Riot should do to bring her a bit back into meta:
Bring back her range to 550 (as they nerf in patch 8.5) or Remove her passive AAs deal 90% of her total AD. (that Riot added to her in patch 5.13) or Bring back her passive: 25% increased range when dashing backward. (That they removed back in patch 5.9)
Since Riot Doesn't seem to like Kalista's boom power, her solo skirmisher style, nor her 2v2 style. Maybe they should buff her boom opportunities.
What I mean is: her zone threat with stacking spears on minions, increase the time between when she has to auto a target to refresh REND stacks to say 6 second
Pierce could deal Execution/increased damage to Non-Champions, So that she has the opportunity to activate
her trap [move the REND stacks to an enemy champion] earlier.
How I see pros taking advantage of these: late game this could also help her Pierce go through multiple minions, and she could linger her stacks on objectives without refreshing them, longer if she also wants to help the team fight around Baron and Dragon.
But my aim is Low elo where people might have trouble timing when stacks expire, and when Pierce will actually kill a minion to pass through.
Broken when decent, trash when not. Though personally, I'd rather her be worse than good. A dash on every auto attack was a bad idea from the get go.
