I can't buy Challenger Ahri in my snowdown shop.

So this is a screenshot of my Snowdown shop. I was able to get Runeguard Volibear but I can't get Challenger Ahri. AND I LOVE AHRI! To be exact, I click on the picture, click unlock, hit yes I want to unlock it, and then it says, "We encountered an error handling your request. Give it another shot." It doesn't work after I relog either. Please help me out, I would love this skin.

This is an update guys, Riot is aware of the issue and is currently trying to fix it.

Challenger Ahri is now purchasable in snowdown shop in my account in EUW (I just bought her). Will upload photo later. (I'm trying out her now XD)

guys!! Ahri I got it by going through the character screen and scrolling through the skins after getting the error message, i don't know if it'll work for other s but that's how i got it ^^
