How to better avoid early "loss"

I notice that often bot lane tower goes down, and then the enemy AD roams and kills. I can't follow fast enough because if they counter my movement they kill me, and if I follow as soon as they show mid they kill them before I arrive. then either siege successfully because of a numbers/gold advantage, or move top, furthering the awkward scenario. Even if I was actually winnning lane, with a 15 cs lead and even perhaps a kill, If the game plays out where we don't get the gank needed to take first tower but instead get ganked and lose first tower, the enemy AD Quickly passes me in gold.

Should I play more aggressive to keep them abused? more passive to prevent enemy ganks? Ping like hell on the off chance it actually prevents snowballing?

Or is it just, if I lose tower first even if it's just bad luck. I gotta accept that it's probably GG. Do my best, but not tilt after 'cause it's too hard a game.

There's no perfect strategy to stop a 'losing' game, and a lot of the time, it will definitely be a loss - but I can post some tips as a gold/plat/diamond support main:

1.) You are going to need to give up some objectives if they are far ahead and focus purely on defending and farming. Roaming the jungle is asking to get picked. They have resources, they have wards, they have tools to make your area unsafe, so stick to the lanes and farm/defend. A lot of people will say 'go ward baron/dragon' .. But it's extremely unsafe to do that when the enemy team is fed, and you have no vision, and if you die, it's going to further their advantage, so be very careful about traveling where you have no vision.

2.) Rather than trying to compete with objectives, compete with lane pressure and defend your towers at ALL costs. This is your #1 concern. the longer the timer ticks away, the more likely you will be able to swing the game around! Champions with safe wave clear are some of the best in the game at turning a losing game around, because they can stop the enemy from pushing easily.

3.) Make a note of who is fed on the enemy team, and always be aware of where they are. If you can kill him, you get a huge gold boost which can help you jumpstart back into the game. remember that. When your ahead, you play with less skill, and let your raw numbers do the work for you. If you can surprise a fed opponent, you can kill him. The support is VITAL here because of Exhaust. It's the great equalizer to a fed enemy.

4.) More to your question specifically - the answer is vision. Keep jungle/river warded, so you KNOW where the ADC and support are roaming. If they are mid, the Support and bot will naturally rotate over to help. If they are bottom, then they will stay bottom and collect that farm.

If bot falls you should be down there freezing by yourself while the support puts wards in entry points and then roam mid to help vs the push.

:/ is that really the best option.. it's what I do moreoften than not but it seems so innefective.

too often the supports stay in lane tho... even if I say "go mid please"
