With my experience as a support main I need to get at least a few more kills and at minimum 20 assists to get an S.

I'm guessing because low level compared to allies because no boots. (no boots= no ms= no getting to lanes quickly to soak up juicy exp) And probably really low damage for a Soraka.

Edit: also no wards killed because you kept item 3340 after getting item 2049 like a pro.

Remember that Masteries is more than just K/D/A, looking at that match you only placed 6 wards, and zero pinks, you still have the ward trinket despite that you have an upgraded sightstone. The enemies in total placed about 30 wards and you could have destroy most of them once you gotten SS.
