Tahm Kench top

I'm calling to all the tahm kench mains out there on the street. I've got to ask you a question before I will start typing: what do you prefer- tahm kench top or support? I prefer going top with tahm kench because hes kit is very strong in early game, In other news, I would want to give tahm kench some changes (buffs/nurfs) that will help him in lane-

  1. give him more attk speed scaling to help him get his passive off 2.give him more sustain for his e - tahm kench is very squishy in early game. he has no health regen and his e doesn't heal for that much.

I've got a tip for all the tahm kench players - take fleet footwork and it will be much easier to chase the enemies.

I prefer him top, but with Glacial Augment and Approach Velocity. Approach Velocity lets you get on top of them after Q, Glacial Augment to keep them slowed and get an easy passive proc so you can eat em and throw em under turret.

His early is pretty rough due to lack of waveclear so you'll want either bami's or tiamat like asap but I don't think he really needs changes.

tahm kench is very squishy

You heard it here first, folks. 47 base armor, 6.5 health regen and essentially taking 25% less damage with his E at level 1 is considered "squishy".

I don’t main the kench but when I unbench him I have a load of fun top lane.

I play Kench as an anti tank due to how well he does in extended duels against sluggish characters. I must disagree with you, in the suggestion he is squishy. Kenchez in my games tend to be very durable early, and difficult to chip away at.

I actually play Tahm Jungle, Top, and Support. He's pretty flexible atm. Cinderhulk into Warmogs is still a crazy strat Jungle and your R quick cast CD with ultimate hat.

Those still buff Tahm Kench Support. And tbh, he's more than healthy to be able to sustain at both lanes. So no buffs needed.

I have a strong build for all the Tahm mains out there. I reached a high of 74% win rate with the below runes. You should try them out whether you're a Support or going Top Lane.

Inspiration: Glacial Augment - Magical Footwear - Biscuit Delivery - Approach Velocity Resolve: Bone Plating - Second Wind

Enjoy! TahmKench

the updates broke tahm kench as a support. His w having a long cooldown and only benefiting him for when he eats enemies and punishes him for eating teammates. His q cool down reduction and overall nerfs made him a top laner instead of a proper support. Not complaining but if you wanted to make tahm kench a more viable support allow him to reduce his cooldown when he eats teammates. or better yet even if it might sound broken allow him to heal allies he eats or get rid of their debuff.
