Redemption for reformed players

I got permanently banned before 10 months for bad behavior. I got a 2 week ban a month before I got the permanent ban. On the account I got banned from, I played for 4 years, for tons of games. I got almost all the champions on that account and I remember every part of it. It's been hard for me to lose an account that I played for so much time. I didn't realize how much I lost from this point on. I made a brake from my computer for 2 months.

Since then, I started playing league again through this account. I already got to level 114 and bought a lot of champions and skins. through my play time, I learned on myself that I easily get angry and type things without thinking, I learned how to stop it and reduce it.

Now, I am not writing a thing in chat, I am trying to write only positive things in chat and try to lead my team to victory through chat. I AM REFORMED. I don't say that writing a lot is bad, I mean that I wrote a lot of bad things in my old account for a period of time because that was a hard time for me.

I read some posts about riot making league a "safe place". It's true that players can mute the flamers and toxic players instead of report them, but some people can't just mute the people, it makes them more angry and they want it, like I was before I got reformed.

I got back to league because of 2 reasons:

1. I wanted to play with my friends.
2. I aim on bying the rank 1 top kench in eune, and I will never give up until I will reach it, now I am d5.

It's hard for me to think about my old account and how much time I spent on this account playing with my friends, all the hard work and money that went for nothing. I ask for redemption for the reformed players. can riot do something about the reformed players who got one of their account's permanently banned?
