Could we significantly increase the cooldown on fizz's ult?

Considering the fact that it's already an instant kill when fizz uses it unless he misses it, it's super unfair that his ult is available to him so often. Increase the cooldown on it.

item 3140 you know, i was playing with a high elo riven who got it against fizz and others. i saw him use it and he was able to get out of fizz's ult plenty of times, one of which pretty much saved us from losing. surprising how you think something is to strong but don't find way to circumvent it.

yeah because I'm just going to buy quicksilver sash on an ap mid laner it's a waste of gold, the only thing it builds into is mercurial scimitar, and it's ad

If you are AP mid-its even easier, item 3157 . And its not his ult that oneshots, its his other spells, especially W and Q

who ever said you even had to upgrade it, 1250 is it really a waste of gold if your getting 30 m/resist and the ability to ignore his ult every 90 seconds (not likes he going to be using it the moment hes up everytime), or you can get item 3157 item 3222 instead of item 3174 or item 3165 if your really struggling against his ult and you need mp or ap. or better yet, just be aware of your position make sure your not giving fizz to be right on top of you.

fizz needs kills, even if you don't win lane, if you did well enough to farm evenly with him, your going to have the advantage later game.

the active on crucible does not remove fizz's ult. it only removes disables, not debuffs.

They need to make an Ap version of item 3140 since there is already a version for Ad item 3139

Idk something like item 3140 + item 3108 and it gives u some cool stats.

I'm pretty sure that item 3140 only cleanses the slow from his ult though, I think you'll still take the damage either way. Although I know QSS works a bit differently from other cleanses so I'm not positive on that. I think item 3157 is a much more viable option for dodging that, especially for mid laners.

Unless you're just referring to if they're an AD champion that can't get a zhonyas, in which case you're right. QSS would probably be your best bet there.

from what i saw, qqs removes the ult off of you, but the ult stays in the spot where it was cleansed so you can still take damage from it if you don't use qqs fast enough, with item 3139 you get a 50% ms bonus which enough to almost always avoid getting hit. the reason why i put qqs first because of how less expensive it is compared to zhyonas. qqs is 1250 vs zhyonas which is 3100. the sell price of qqs is 875 so in actuality, your spending 375 gold in the long run vs 3100 gold. you can pick up zhyonas later and sell the qqs, trade of being you lose out on base stats you could of gotten from the zhyonas recipe a bit earlier.

He's an assassin. If he couldn't bank on getting a kill every two minutes, how would be be remotely playable?

I don't think raising the cooldown on his ultimate would make Fizz unplayable. Assassins are all about whether or not they have the damage to delete someone important on the enemy team, and Fizz has proven that he can go full AD and still delete people without relying on his ult's damage. I mean you could probably argue that AD Fizz relies on the slow from his ult, but his kit has enough built-in gap closers to where that usually isn't a problem. Not to mention if he's going AD he also has access to the slow from item 3153 's active effect.
