ARAM bans
I'd like to have some sort of ban system for ARAM, like SR. Nothing complicated, just a straightforward XYZ bans for each team before the champs are randomly selected.

the potential problem with that is ppl will buy a few selected champs who are inherently strong in aram, ban out the free rotation ones, and volla it's no longer random, you'll always get what you've bought/own.
Very true, but my counter to that would be that ARAM is not ranked and likely never will be. Also, teamwork makes the dream work! Still have 4 others to account for.
A solution for the problem, that aram-account dudes get their champs would be a ban, that is restricted to people who own all champions. It would be similar to the System in 8.11, just with bans maybe :)
Aram is maybe not a ranked, but in my opinion a ban system would be healthy for the meta so that overtuned champs eventually get nerfed if they are permaban. Additionally it would probably make more fun to play a 5v5 with 10 more or less balanced champions.
