New Inspirstion “Plus Ultra” Keystone idea

Ok so this idea comes from the “sit the f*ck down” rune but with a little more fun put in.

Gives an active to your boots, upon activation starts a 1.5 sec channel. Once completed it gives you a buff for the next like 10 seconds. The buff would increase the range on your next dash or blink by like 25 or 30%

Then goes on cooldown for the next like 40 seconds. While on cooldown stuns, roots and immobilizing effects (minus knock-ups) used on you have their duration increased.

So basically it’s a trade off, you get this amazing buff to move a larger distance but in turn you are subjected to being locked down longer if you missplay or get caught out.
