Mordekaiser's Harvester does not work.

Even though now Morde can self cast Harvester without another champion, he can still not solo lane because It does not apply damage unless there is another allied champion nearby. It does heal although with the huge nerf on it and him still having to do duo laning, I do not see how a problem was solved at all since his Q is the overpowered portion of him. He is literally 100% pick and ban because his Q can kill anyone late game if he is built right. I still build Mordekaiser full AP because I calculated that he does a lot more damage overall even on his Q and E with full AP instead of full AD or hybrid. His ult does considerably less damage with full AP than it used to before the rework along with his E. I do not understand why they would nerf harvester which was his only strength in lane when he is a melee range ADC. It is very easy for other ADC's to poke him out for the first four levels and now he can hardly get close to CS without having to back and hide behind turret until a jungler comes or laning phase is over. The rework overall did not help Morde because he can not function outside of the bot lane where even other ADC's can, although they probably shouldn't.
