How do you carry as Eve jungle?

I've been playing as Eve for awhile and I'm not sure how to actually carry as this character. Most games I have pretty decent scores and generally near top player damage done, but I just can't seem to win the late game. For example, last game I was 15/7/14 with most damage done on my team. Still lost because the enemy vayne just straight up does more damage than Eve. Even if i kill her instantly she still had guardian angel and a bunch of people peeling for her.

How do you carry as this character? Is it my build? Should I gank less and farm more?

Eve is also all about positioning and objective control. Hard to tell off looking at numbers without seeing the game play.

I didn't play this new shiet at all since they bound her to full AP builds but after 6 when you get your invisibility she retains some of old Eve's features (the invi). What I did on the old Eve was sticking around my team and killing enemies when they tried to all in my carries (was having some 56% win rate with a Gunblade rush), now you're more of a predator of sorts with her charm mechanism but I think you should give this a try. Think less about being the carry and more about assisting the actual carries.
