Small idea for assassin power shift
The general concept is to introduce a new type of boots providing something like 15 lethality.
In order to make this work the lethality value from items (

) is reduced by ~30%
The idea is that you have to decide whether you want more safety with defense and utility stats from
/
or more offensive stats, without changing overall offensive power (if they go for offensive build path). It´s a small nerf to ad-caster/assassins in order to make them think a little bit more about there itemization.
Alternatively
could provide adaptive penetration/lethality like sudden impact.
