Healing reduction question

Apparently I was posting this in the wrong section so I´ll create a new post here. Anyway I can´t really find any specifics on this topic. Does anyone know wether reduction (-40%) works additive or multiplicative against healing increase?.

For example if Aatrox ultimate provides 70% increased healing. So would it look something like this: 70% - 40% = 30%

or this: 70% * 0.6 = 42%

Alternatively the base (100%) could be part of the formula which means it would look like this: 100% + 70% - 40% = 130%

or this: 100% + 70% * 0.6 = 102%

I dont think the last one is how it works but I´d like to get some feedback.

In general how does stacking healing increase work? Aatrox ultimate + item 3065 = 100% increase?

On an unrelated note isRammus w reflect damage reduced by the active effect of item 3193?

Everything is multiplicative. 70% increase with 40% reduction is a 2% increase. 70% increase with 30% increase is 121% increase.

Yes, it gets reduced.

I think the % is separately added and not together.

Darkdemon is right.

If you have a 100 health heal, under GW, you would only heal 60 health. 100-(100)*(40%)=60

If you had Spirit Visage, a 100 health heal would heal you for 130 health. 100+(100)*(30%)=130

If you had GW and a Spirit Visage, a 100 health heal would become 78 point heal. 100*(1.3)*(0.6) = 78, a 22% reduction

If you have a Spirit Visage, Aatrox rank 3 R, and Katarina ults you (60% reduction), and receive a 100 health heal, you would heal for 88.4 health. 100*(1.3)(1.7)(0.4) = 88.4, an 11.6% reduction

Without GW, in that scenario Aatrox would heal for 221 health. 100*(1.3)*(1.7) = 221, a 121% increase
