Normal Cast Won't Work

My normal cast wont work. It shows my indicator but when I left click, nothing will cast. Same with placing wards and calling pings with the "G" key. If I change it to quick cast (which I hate with a passion), it will work fine and if I ping with the "alt" key it will work. I have fixed the client, reset all my settings, and even uninstalled and reinstalled the game to no avail. This happened after I updated the newest Gallio patch. Please help me, I'd really like to play again.
