These surveys are getting pretty weird...

If I had to guess, they designed it so they could only put in that range of responses (Strong disagree -> Strong agree), and have to make do with it for everything.

That's a very strange survey though. Like, "did you like the length of this game" would be way better.
TimX24968B1 votesIt might have to do with determining a champion's strength at a certain point in the game. Like if you play a super late game champ but you do terrible, that can be offset by that survey by saying that "oh, the game ended before we got to late game, so this wouldn't be as valid for determining their in-game strength."
Or testing for some condition that is present if the game ran longer than 30 minutes, like if it leads to more or less honors, or even just a percentage of games that go past that mark.

There are two types of people. Those that can extrapolate from incomplete existing data.
.... I'll add extra though, since Riot moderation has outright told me that if I don't stop making people look..... I will be in violation of the summoner code so let's explain the fundamentals here.
The survey is somewhat awkwardly worded by it pertains to player satisfaction with the length of the match specified. To this end, the question asks if the length was something the player agrees with or not and to what degree they agree with said duration. It's really not that complicated..... the poll was just somewhat awkwardly worded.
I would think native english speakers would have a much easier time than I do, given that english isn't even my native language [That line came dangerously close to , this isn't even my final form].

The poll asks for an opinion about a statement that can only be "true" or "false", because you literally have the length of the match written on the same screen.
Somebody joked that it's an IQ test which may ironically be closer to the truth.

There is nothing to agree on. It's not a matter of opinion. It either was longer than 30 minutes or not. No "maybeh". It's either "yes" or "no".
