The Swain Train's New Wheels - Q the new max?

Just been going through the Swain numbers, and it seems that his E has been shifted predominantly towards utility by always having its damage amp yet dealing much less damage on its own. Would this make Q the new max? Maybe this was an attempt to make his E less of a throwaway poke move? :O Hell, trying him on the PBE now and I think his max has gone from E-Q-W to Q-W-E of all things! xD

E has a 100% ratio so it'll do good damage even without levels once you have AP to back it up

QWE or WQE is definitely the go-to now, and I think he'll be IMMENSELY better for it.

Could you tell me though how exactly does Beatrice target now? You place her in the zone, and if there is no tormented target, she attacks whom? Unit closer to the center, random unit, a champion? Maxing Q seems logical, it has best base now. Also his AP scaling went crazy, 120 on Q and 100 on E. I know he will cast less in general, due to catalyst gutting, but this combo is crazy!

I'm pretty excited to try new Swain, I used to play him a lot, but he got boring or me eventually, a little freshness makes me really want to play him though.

Also this:

AP Ratio increased to .4 from .3 Deals double damage against non champion targets.

Jungle swain incoming, tormented decrepify -> (500+240%AP)*1.2 = 600+288% AP each camp. Just pls don't tell anyone or they will remove it :D

As far as I can see it targets whatever's closest, doesn't prioritise champions kind of like Kindred's Q. It's pretty wonky if you don't get the E off, and early game it's much harder to CS with than the old Decrepify :/

Another reason to play him jungle, kek.

The issue is if they make it focus champions or something he'll probably step into Azir and Orianna's zone control thing... I'm worried :S But hey, Jungle Swain Train!
