About the Predator Rune (Rune Optimization)

So lets see what gives you the Predator Rune -

Passive: Your boots gain the active effect, PREDATOR. The active is disabled for the first 150 seconds of the game.

ACTIVE - PREDATOR: You begin a 3 second channel. You can move while channeling and will be interrupted if you receive damage (except minions), putting the item on full cooldown. Activating Predator will not break stealth.

ACTIVE - Upon completion, you gain 45% bonus Movement speed icon movement speed for the next 15 seconds or until your next attack or damaging ability, which deals 60 - 180 (based on level) (+ 40% bonus AD) (+ 25% AP) bonus Attack damageAbility power Adaptive damage.

About an week ago i played against queenQuinn . So lets see / this rune gives her 45% movement speed hmm plus her R (speed) + Deadmans Plate and she was running the map with almost 1000 movement speed she just dodge our team and got straight to the adc one shotting him. I think the Predator Rune is broken on her and on other champions tooHecarim . So my suggestion is to optimize this rune because it gives you too much movement speed and its almost impossible to land a stun on a target running with 800-1000 movement speed. But wait thats not over. Lets look at the Celerity rune (So heres what it do)

Celerity - Additionally, you gain bonus Ability Power or Attack Damage (Adaptive) based on your bonus movement speed. (8% bonus ms) Ability Power (4.8% bonus ms) Attack Damage

So Queen also gains bonus ad (I can't calculate how much ad it gives but i think its alot judging by the movement speed. Now im not saying riot should nerf queen but im saying that the Predator Rune should be nerfed because we don't want planes in league of legends

I've done exactly that before, even with Deadman's Plate. It's an absolute blast to zoom around like that, but the moment you commit to a fight you had best hope you chose well. You're still squishy as all hell and if anyone even nicks you you're slowed to a relative crawl (Predator stays active, but you drop out of your ultimate).

Predator Quinn is literally just an assassin, who after joining a fight turns into a Marksman. Considering that Quinn wasn't doing that great before the new rune system went in I wouldn't consider her worthy of a nerf.

And Celerity doesn't do all that much. Even late game hitting Ghost, Predator, and Yomuu's with a fully charged Dead Man's and the homeguard effect (about 2k movement speed) you're not even reaching finished item levels of AD. It's more than nothing, but it's not broken. Quinn gets the majority of her damage out of crit items and lethality, even with movement speeds like this.

With all this said I'll admit she might be a pain to deal with, but she is possible to deal with if the people she can burst down quickly don't split off from the group. It's the same with all assassins, if an assassin is doing well and you can't 1v1 them don't leave the group.

I don't think its normal for a champion to run with almost 1000 movement speed through the map

Quinn doesn't need Predator to do that, so for the moment it's normal.
