So all these complaints on the boards...
But no one is going to mention that 
is about to get 50% cooldown reduction on her already 30 second cooldown high damaging ult if she gets a kill with it?

That was like so last week. The boards already beat that one to death, then everyone realized it didn't do much because her ult CD is naturally so short that you should just always assume it is up anyways and 50% of nothing is still nothing.

It's tryns turn to be complained about by the bronze legion
It's not straight 50% cooldown reduction, though, it's a cooldown refund applied after actual level-based cooldown and CDR. Not to defend it, since it is still pretty crazy, but still, it's not ostensibly overpowered.
Huh, half of Boards was filled with just that a week ago.
