Why not give Fervor a BONUS AD ratio?

Lower the base damage, hell, just remove it and add a bonus AD ratio. Nothing super huge, maybe something like 0.065% of Bonus AD per stack. Most AD champions have a base AD of around 90 - 110 by level 18. and most adcs have around 200 - 300 bonus AD by then. If you have 200 BONUS AD, Fervor will deal 104 damage per auto attack at MAX stacks. if you have 300, then it will deal 152. Maybe instead of 0.065 it could be slightly lower, like 0.06. But you understand. At level 18 the base damage for Fervor is around 111. It's also possible to have an even lower ratio but halven the base damages.

The purpose for this is to prevent champions that are taking fervor and building tank whilst doing lots of damage (Tanksuo/Tank Ekko) from abusing Fervor.

fervor hasn't been a problem. ekko isn't even that bad as a tank right now since he has to rush trinity force before being full bruiser which leaves him semi squishy in the mid game anyway. and late game tank ekko was never oppressive. if anything bruiser ekko is good, but not overpowered. he might be in the most balanced state as a bruiser he's ever been in.

he's just annoying.

I really think they will just change ekko's W in the upcoming update for assassins.

As long as it gets AP ratio too, because Teemo and Kayle, it's a great idea.

Yeah, I know Kayle could use serious, serious nerfs but removing her access to only keystone mastery that is actually good on her is not the way.

what fervor actually really needs is a shorter duration.

6 seconds is a long time in league lol...

Hasn't Fervor been nerfed enough as it is?

Edit: with the downvotes, apparently people think otherwise.

A bonus AD ratio would make it useless on anyone not building high AD. Yes, I know that's kind of your point.

If your problem is that it enables 'tank builds'...well...often its just bringing something broken about a champion to light. Fervor increases everyone's damage too much, but having it increase some champions' more only pushes the damage focused meta further. Obviously this style of scaling didn't make TLD any less broken as far as damage creep...

Good intentions, bad change in practice.

Math is my third language and right now it seems ferver is based on attack speed and burst abilities with short cooldowns. Not attack damage. Those stacks last for 8 seconds and are NOT ranged specific but do grant double stacks per hit with melee champions. At max 8 stacks and a max of 2.5 autos with a 6 second fall off and a 2 second delay between stacks you're not ever going to get max stacks with a ranged champion (unless by acquiring another stack you refresh the fall off timer) does anyone know if the timer resets? Regardless ferver is meant for yasuo and riven currently. If you want a good choice for ADC go with thunderlords decree or deathfire.
