Ranged Champions w/ Sated

The idea that Sated procs every 2 attacks for melee champions is good, but 4 attacks for ranged champions makes it MUCH worse for them.

In theory, if you have no autoattack damage other than Devourer, you'd be doing 50 damage on hit. Including Sated, you would do 300 damage in four hits, if you were melee. If you were ranged, you would do 250. After 12 attacks, you would do 900 damage if you were melee. If you were ranged, you would do 750. You lose a significant amount of damage, and this isn't counting BoRK, Wit's End, or Nashors. The point of Sated is applying those on hit effects, and this guts that.

Change it so every 3 attacks for ranged champions, it will apply on-hit effects twice. Not only will this help significantly, it won't gut them completely. I think this will keep ranged junglers (who want Devourer) in-meta, and have them be balanced. Actually, to REALLY balance Sated, make EVERYONE have to attack three times to apply on-hit effects twice. If this is done, change the damage back to 60 for melee champs, and 50 for ranged champs. I'm ok with that.

TL;DR: Change every 2/4 attacks to every 3 attacks, Sated will be significantly more balanced then.

Not a terrible idea, I think it could work. I find it odd that it increase by 0.7 per stack lol..

I would rather just have it proc every three hits on melees and ranged...
