Why can't we remake at 3 minutes when our adc is clearly afk???

I think its cause they still connected technically. since the remake was introduced awhile back it always has this problem if the player actually connects in the beginning

riot somehow fked up the remake. previously if you didnt move from the start of game till 3min mark you could remake.now we can even play a 30min game 4vs5 from very start and remake still not there . i just lost promo to gold thanks to this
