Viktor's planned ultimate during rework.

A while ago when Viktor got his glorious update Riot said they were going to completely rework his ultimate but it didn't hit the mark in the limited time they were given. As an avid Viktor player I for one would be interested to hear some of the ideas that were planned for the ultimate, much like how Riot has began to show us what champions abilities were before release. So if any Rioter could enlighten us on the subject, I would be overjoyed! @Riot
