And thus, the second exodus began for the tank top laners.
Teemo buffs
Teemo
Camouflage [Passive] - Standing in bushes activates passive twice as fast now and doesn't break stealth when moving. Stealth now activates after 1.5 seconds. Scales with level.
Noxious Trap [R] - Traps now last 5 minutes (down from 10) but cooldown in between casts reduced to 0.25 seconds (down from 1 second). Are no longer placed but tossed and have a range of 300/600/900. If a thrown trap lands on another trap, it will bounce up to 3/4/5 Teemos further before planting.

What does this do for Teemo? It gives him stronger bush control, which is typically something melee top laners can take from him to work around him. (pre-6). Now, even if you space well, he can throw the shroom ahead of him and take the bush or cut off your escape path.
Granted, hes only one champion. hamster satanic manifestation of evil. But Riot has gone further, providing players new anti-melee option for those who prefer powder kegs to condensed nuclear reactors shaped like fungi.
Thats right folks!
Gangplank!
I'd like to bring your attention to his E.
"If Gangplank scores the last hit, the triggering attack is splashed as physical damage to surrounding enemies, slowing them for 2 seconds. Explosions ignore 60% of their targets' armor, and enemy champions take bonus physical damage."
And if that isn't bad enough, He can also take bush control, not that he needs it, because his kegs are essentially manaless zoning tools since the barrel starts with 3 hp and nothing short of leona can kill it while the Parrrrley is in mid air.
With those two picks becoming stronger, particularly against melee tops, We shall see an exodus of melee tops to jungle, just as we saw previously with the Jayce/Kennen meta. Too bad Elise
just recently got a faster clear/sustain. All we need now are Swain and Kallista buffs and we can just delete the melee roster (Barring Kayle, Riven, possibly Zed)
