mechanics question

say i have

guinshoos rage blade + storm razor

the part of the guinshoos that applies on hit effects twice every other basic attack

and the part of the storm razor that says energized attacks (since their on hit attacks) slow for 40% movement speed decaying over 1 seconds.

::question::: with the storm razor slow applied twice. will that result in:

a) slowing enemy movement speed by 80% decaying over 2 seconds? b) slowing enemy movement speed by 80% decaying over 1 second? c) slowing enemy movement speed by 40% decaying over 2 seconds? d) slowing enemy movement speed by 40% decaying over 1 second? (so basically no 2x effect on the slow, but i would assume still a 2x effect on the "on hit" damage)
