Is it just me or are you guys getting 0 key fragments. It had to be at least 15 wins now and I haven't gotten one. this is winning with 2,3,4 man premade too. Anyone else have this problem and what's going on rito.

Key Fragment drops are entirely random, but I usually get one when someone on my team earns an S. It doesn't have to be a premade pal either: More often than not, when someone on my team gets an S grade (plus minus or flat), I'll get a key fragment.

If you look at the FAQ, it mentions 'entirely random'. However, this is a misrepresentation to me. It's on a exponential scale (or at least each subsequent key is harder to obtain). To me, this eliminates 'entirely random' as a way to describe it if you know your chance to get keys drops after finishing a key.

They did this so casual players could at least get a key or two without farming it... Start easy get harder. For the first 4 months of hextech, after the reset, I would get a key fragment every game for the first couple keys. Then 3 key frags in 10 games, so on and so forth.

However, this month and last month it was exceedingly rare... to the point that this month took me 36 games to get my first entire key. Last month I was only able to accumulate 2 and half keys no matter how many games I put in

This month and last month were noticeably much rarer for my first key after the reset. Support says it's supposed to not feel like a farm fest for casual players, but I had to go 36 wins this month to get my first key. I definitely absolutely had to farm the keys. I am suspicious that something is up, but Support was unhelpful as always.
