Sivir's kit has been around for a long time now, and could really use some changes to bring her up to date in the current meta. This rework attempts to keep her theme and gameplay style the same while making her a better pick.

Passive: Ricochet- Sivir's basic attacks bounce 5 times to hit up to 6 enemies, including the initial target. Each bounce, the damage dealt is modified by -20/-5/10/25/40%. Based off of the modifier, the last bounce has the potential to deal 32/77/161/305/537% AD physical damage. Ricochet can critically strike.

Q: Boomerang Blade- Sivir hurls her Boomerang Blade, dealing 70/100/130/160/190 (+80% Bonus AD) physical damage to enemies on the way out and back. For each enemy hit, Sivir gains 10% movement speed for 5 seconds, stacking up to 10 times. Enemies hit are marked for 8 seconds, causing Sivir's next Ricochet attack against them to perform a guaranteed critical strike. Cooldown: 6 seconds

W: On The Hunt- Passively, Sivir gains 2 Bonus AD for every 1% attack speed she has. When activated, Sivir's next auto attack gains double range and damage. Cooldown: 10 seconds

E: Spellshield- Sivir raises a spellshield that blocks the next ability against her for 5 seconds. If she blocks an ability, she deals 100/150/200/250/300 (+150% AP) magic damage to the attacker and the cooldown is halved. Cooldown: 16 seconds

Ultimate: Fleet of Foot- Sivir dashes 500 units in a direction, gaining 20/30/40% attack speed for 1 second. Fleet of Foot has a very long cooldown, but the cooldown resets whenever Sivir attacks an enemy. Cooldown: 600 seconds

The point of these changes was to raise Sivir's difficulty by making her have to utilize her Ricochet mechanic, while updating her mobility and abilities to fit the current meta. Reply with any changes you'd make!
