Ekko's E is 325 units while vayne is 300, only difference is 25 units. But why can ekko pretty much jump every wall while vayne can barely tumble through any wall. their dash is also an aa enhancer and has low cd Ekko e at lvl 5 is 7 secs with 25% cdr its 5 secs, with 40% its 4 secs. vayne's tumble has a 2 sec cd at lvl 5
Tl;dr Ekko and vayne's dashes have almost identical dashes but ekko can go through walls.

well you just said the entire reason there imagine trying to fight a vayne who wallhops every 2 seconds

So essentially one wallhop every 7 seconds unless every time that she does it there is someone on the other side for her to attack
