Revitalize make Soraka don't have freedom on what to choose.

Chembaron Yamada1 votesI don't get the point. Do you mean that the rune Revitalize forces Soraka into the Resolve tree, since all she does is healing and not taking it would be suboptimal?
If so, that applies to many champs, doesn't it? There are oftenly runes synergizing so well with a champions kit that they have to take it.
