This belongs in gameplay because it relates to balance.

Anyways, I'm tired of this so I need answers. Where is everyone getting the most recent patch notes. Like, I find posts are made and when I go search for it, I can't find it anywhere. Don't say Surr@20, it's not there. Usually it pops up on Surr20 the next day. But people are complaining about the Zhonyas update, and it's not on Surr20. Can someone provide an actual link, and if it is on Surr20, go to the exact page where the notes are open and post that link?

Everyone is getting the PBE patch notes from Surrender@20. If you go to Surrender@20's front page, they always, always have the most recent PBE patch notes up within minutes of the PBE being uploaded (although they may not finish the datamining on the numbers for a couple hours. You go to http://www.surrenderat20.net/ and you can see their recent updates. For example, you can see the 4/7 patchnotes, which they uploaded almost immediately after today's PBe update came out. The full list of all PBE changes can be found at http://www.surrenderat20.net/p/current-pbe-balance-changes.html Note that this page will not be updated until the new version of the PBE is fully datamined, which takes some time.
