My opinion about Ahri's "charm"
DISCLAIMER -This is the opinion of a non-Ahri player, my opinion my not be good for the well being of Ahri's kit.
My first main problem is counter-playability. If the Ahri is quick and sharp on aim, it gets hard to dodge. Not saying this has no counterplay. It is very possible to dodge but I wish for a slight change in missile speed.
Now for a key aspect of Ahri's kit: Burst. All of Ahri's abilities do damage. In the title I said this was Ahris "charm" because it really isn't what is was intended. Landing a charm does damage. My request is that it doesn't do damage, however spirit fire's damage is increased. I would increase this rather than her spirit orb because her spirit orb would then go and be way more dominant than the rest of her kit.
Lastly I want to talk about sense. Ahri's charm to me makes no realistic sense to me. Throwing a charm projectile at people isn't what comes to mind when I think of charm. I currently have no suggestions for changing up charm to be more realistic. As well as the fact that it makes any champion hit by it look perverted as they walk towards her even for lady champions. I don't think this can be done right for Ahri in a balanced way and be realistic and /or not make the game look dirty because of this. Ahri isn't the only one with sexual references, 
are the ones I know of anyways. But this is another topic I might go on another time.
TL;DR: I am requesting for Ahri's damage on charm removed, but then buffing her spirit fire.
