Its about time we "Rework" the Riot Balance/Game Design team
"Rework" as in replace 80% of it with something totally new, like the other champ reworks.
Hecarim Rampage (Q) AD ratio increased from 60% to 70% Damage increased from 55/90/125/160/195 to 55/95/135/175/215
Lee Sin Sonic Wave / Resonating Strike (Q) Sonic Wave damage increased from 50/75/100/125/150 to 50/80/110/140/170 Resonating Strike damage increased from 50/75/100/125/150 to 50/80/110/140/170
Yasuo Last Breath (R) bonus AD increased from 150% to 250%
---Haven't we been over the whole "damage is too high" thing already? Why did you then just turn around and buff damage more??? Like if u really want to buff them then change something else other than damage, like giving hecarim lower mana costs / more sustain.
While issues ARE being fixed (heal buffs, wukong/quinn nerfs) they are way too slow/inconsistent while the team keeps fucking the game up more.
We need a full VGU for riot balance team.
