QOL request: Please add a leave lobby option

The current stance towards dodging games is overly punitive and needlessly adversarial towards your customer base. It might not be the most pressing concern given the current state of the game, however it is one of the easiest to address.

My proposal:

Ranked play: Cap the dodge penalty at 6 minutes and make the lp loss the same amount that it would be for losing a game. Keep the auto loss for promo. My thought here is that an escalating time penalty, lp loss, and having to completely close out of the client is way overkill.

Normals: Start the dodge penalty at 10 minutes with an additional five minutes (up to a max of 20 minutes added for subsequent dodges within a 24 hour period. My thought here is that normals are meant to be the training/testing grounds of league and there is almost never a compelling reason to dodge a normal game.

I do not think that adding a return to lobby button will lead to more frequent game dodging. Adding a return to lobby button will lead to a better player experience and provide at least some semblance of a remedy for lobby toxicity.

Additional thoughts: Dodging in higher elos where there are fewer players could have a greater impact on queue times so with this in mind reinstating the escalating time penalty in ranked at plat 5 and higher would be a great compromise.
