About Teemo's and Khartus's perma bans in AFO

I dont know about Teemo... But I played against Khartus the first day with Syndra. It was very fun, we lost at 32min, but it was a very fun game.

I think the other side was not having fun too. I had more fun loosing with against , than i had in both games winning wit Hemi.
