And here is the list why:

  1. This new map - can't be played efficiently on our laptop, so no more team-up with my GF for ARAM.

  2. This HUD change... At least it is so drastic change that it gets in the way, lets hope that it just needs getting used to. And i think that those misty glows around the spell icon on leveling up a spell are stupidly unnecessary. And those spells that just got a passive (Like TF's E), why do they look as if you never leveled them up?

  3. Fiora's new art and those ridiculous models on her skins (And I don't play that bitch and i hate her)

  4. I cant keep up anymore with these patches. I really cant, with so many changes and all the new reworks. I suppose changes are good. But at this rate I'm falling behind and my lack of knowledge on these changes of the game start to cost me wins.

  5. And WHERE THE FUCK IS THE HOWLING ABYSS?! I lost my Maokai today on this new bridge. And nothing appeals to me on this map, maybe the turrets... But that narrator; He say something and I'm like "Wait what? who?! someone got killed? who?!?" English is not my native and im having trouble understanding him with that dialect and some of those phrases - really don't have a clue what they mean , had to mute him on my second match.

Community .... I just felt like i needed the let some stem out... This past couple of days this game just was not fun at all. Hope i dint bother you much.

1 & 5: These are temporary changes. They should be reverted back to normal in 5.15.

2: It does just take getting used to. I do get what you mean about how the passive abilities look, though.

3: I think Fiora's models will be updated.

4: Every few weeks is a patch. Riot releases patch notes the day before every patch. During the 4 billion hour patch time, you can click on the little thing in the launcher that says "Patch (season).(patch) Notes". That lets you see what has changed in the most recent patch.

The announcer is temporary (until July 31st or something like that) and he speak's "pirate english", which I know still makes it frustrating if english is not your primary language.

I mean, the pop-ups still happen to tell you what happened... the announcer never says anything that can't be read on screen. That's why you can mute him and still play.

It took me roughly 10 games, but I did get used to the new HUD. Keep an open mind, and it might surprise you.

Fiora's models will absolutely be updated. As I said in other threads, they OFTEN release models that aren't polished, and then update the PBE later. They got rough ones into the game so people can start playtesting her. They aren't going to release bad models. It's not going to happen.

If you don't want a game that's constantly changing (and it sounds like you don't), LoL just isn't for you probably. If you want a casual game to play with your GF, I hear Heroes of the Storm is way better for that. I'm honestly not trying to be rude of condescending; I would be happy for everyone to love this game. But if you don't, you might look for another option. Heroes of the Storm is also free to play, and is much more geared to casual players.
