She can't do that to anyone with decent armor, she has to be super far ahead.
To be fair, you're level 13 and she's 17 with nearly full build, what did you expect?
The death screen is clearly bugged, you expect me to believe that, without any sort of MR, Gragas's combo barely tickled you and Sejuani didn't do shit to you with her spells but that Fiora with a simple lunge did 50% damage?
It isn't unheard of the death recap to be bugged, hell sometimes it marks as if Flash actually damaged you.
its balanced, shes just extremely fed. dont let her get fed,as with any...champion
are you kidding me??? are you just fiora's fans or something??? fiora is really strong in early game because of she's W that gives her so much ad from the first level... even with feed or not... if this would be full build late game.. she would deal the same... C'MON MEN!!! IT'S JUST A DOUBLE Q!!! n'one is dealing 1200 damage with just a spell on 0.01 sec.... even full build... n'one can 1 shot you with just a spell!!! yeah he was pretty fed...
but what? 1200 damage with a q and 1 shot a champ; then ulti on adc and 1 shot him too; then q is comming from cooldown and 1 shots a 3rd... all these in a few seconds!!! are you kididng me??? do you call this balance????

fiora can only do that if shes ahead.... a fiora who ran equal in lane or lost is almost useless.

Pretty sure that's only 50% of your hp, not exactly a "one-shot." She was also really fed and was building full glass and you were a squishy champion.....
Fiora's Q does a max of 280 (+1.3 bonus AD). For it to do 1201 she would need at LEAST 708 bonus AD.
So your actual problem is death recap being useless and probably calling 1-3 autoattacks and Lunge as just Lunge.
